Sign the PDF that’s open, in one click.
While a PDF is open in the Cameyo session, a Sign button appears. One click: ASG-Deskside finds the signing line, the person signs on the pad at their desk and taps OK, and a signed copy is saved beside the original — with the handwriting and a certificate signature that Adobe Acrobat validates.
Built for the work your people already do.
Medical certificates
Doctors sign sick notes and certificates generated by the practice system.
Contracts and agreements
Documents produced by a legacy application, signed where they are created.
Approvals
Purchase orders, reports and sign-off sheets signed and filed in one step.
Delivery notes
Signed proof of delivery saved straight back beside the original.
Three steps for the user. Nothing new to learn.
The application in the Cameyo session is unchanged. ASG-Deskside does the work at the desk, and sends only the finished result into the session.
Open the PDF
In Acrobat Reader inside the session, as usual.
Click Sign, sign on the pad
ASG-Deskside finds the signing line for you.
The signed copy opens
Saved beside the original. Nothing in Acrobat’s menus is involved.
From open PDF to signed PDF.
Handwritten signature and a certificate signature in one pass.
A signing-evidence record that cannot be edited without breaking the signature.
Turns PDF signing on for an application.
Safe by default.
- Validates in Acrobat. The certificate signature shows as valid in standard PDF readers, and any later change breaks it.
- Evidence sealed in. Signing time, signer, document fingerprint, session and pad details are recorded inside the signature, with optional location.
- The original is kept. The signed copy is saved beside it, never over it.
- Off until switched on. The Sign button appears only for applications that are allowed it.
- Enabled per application. Off by default everywhere else, and it fails closed.
Windows and Chromebook.

| Chromebook | Working | Wacom STU pad over WebHID, or the screen itself |
Turning it on takes two steps.
Force-install the ASG-Deskside extension through Chrome or Edge policy. A small signing script is started with the application in the session — nothing is installed. Then tag the application:
